Knowing how to stand up for yourself and advocate for your needs is a skill that you learn through cultivation and practice. Meditation can help you develop and sustain your self-advocacy. In this 10 minute meditation exercise, I will guide you through the three aspects that help you develop and sustain your self-advocacy using the metaphor of ‘Watering the seeds’. Feelings are information and it’s more helpful to be curious than critical.
